Return & Refund Policy

If you have problems with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Carry Go will happily accept returns initiated up to 7 days from the delivery date.
  • All merchandise must be unused, with the original packaging.
  • Merchandise will be credited back through GCASH, Pera Padala stations or Bank Transfer.
  • You will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer experience team at ciarromanila@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. You will receive instructions for the return process via email.
  3. Drop off your return to any of your preferred carrier  and inform us of your tracking details.
  4. Hang tight while your return makes its way to the warehouse. Once your return is processed, we will inspect it and refund your payment.

Exchange (Defective/Damage/Incorrect Only)

Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.

If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the return steps above and return your order for a refund. Then make a new purchase for the item you want through our site.
