If you have problems with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Carry Go will happily accept returns initiated up to 7 days from the delivery date.
- All merchandise must be unused, with the original packaging.
- Merchandise will be credited back through GCASH, Pera Padala stations or Bank Transfer.
- You will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
Please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer experience team at ciarromanila@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
- You will receive instructions for the return process via email.
- Drop off your return to any of your preferred carrier and inform us of your tracking details.
- Hang tight while your return makes its way to the warehouse. Once your return is processed, we will inspect it and refund your payment.
Exchange (Defective/Damage/Incorrect Only)
Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the return steps above and return your order for a refund. Then make a new purchase for the item you want through our site.
